I guess its kind of ironic - I start a new blog called "My Health Kick" and then I get a painful ingrown toenail. Ouch!
I went on a short walk with my dad today, and it wasn't so bad. I would have liked to go for a longer walk but I was concerned it would get way sore.
I'm going to soak it in a bath tonight, hopefully that will help.
