Fall Allergies

Somehow over the course of my life thus far, I've managed to develop some fall allergies. They aren't bad, but they do bother my nose and my throat.

To aid in this discomfort, I take over the counter allergy medicine - I buy the generic brand from CVS. It works OK, but it doesn't help the slightly sore throat I get.

For that, I use a throat spray. It helps a little, but not much. Just enough to make it worthwhile to use, but that's it.

I suppose that one of these days (or years) I should get my allergy profile examined. I was never allergic to anything as a youth, but I've heard rumors that our allergies change every seven years, and that we can develop new allergies throughout our lifetime.
